Hi, I’m Demi. I aim to be a trusted partner that simplifies sustainability. As an award winning sustainability expert and co-chair of B Local Brighton, I draw on years of experience to offer tailored strategies and actionable steps to guide organisations on their unique sustainability journeys.

I utilise AI tools to enable my services to be more efficient, and therefore more affordable and accessible to all small businesses. The 2 key barriers for businesses wanting to become more sustainable are time and money, my consultancy eliminates these barriers to enable us all to create a more positive vision of the future.

At the heart of my Project Management career lies a deep commitment to sustainability. I've been an embedded Sustainability Manager, and a Consultant, leading 20+ businesses to date through B Corp certification and creating sustainable business strategies across multiple industries.

From founding a capital city arts festival focused on ESG principles, to wearing multiple hats at the National Museum of New Zealand, my journey reflects a passion for meaningful change and a dedication to our planet.

Fueled by witnessing our world’s beauty, the transformative power of the climate marches and social justice movements, and the great B Corp community I believe that tackling sustainability goes beyond meeting standards; it's about driving genuine change at the intersection of social justice and environmental regeneration.
